    • If you already know Swift Strikes, gain 1x Skill Token instead.
• After switching to a weapon with the Swift keyword, open Raptor's Eye for 3 seconds.
    • Only triggers if you have the weapon's associated weapon mastery.

[Raptor's Eye]
• AGI +10
• Vulture's Eye range -3
• Close range damage +20%
• Grants Dash & Finesse
• Double attacks grant 1x Celerity stack.

[Finesse]
• Weapon ATK calculations use your DEX when it is higher than your STR.
• Only applies to 'Swift' keyword weapons.

[Eyes]
• When an Eye is open, you gain its buff.
• Opening an Eye will immediately close all other Eyes.
• The same Eye cannot be opened twice, unless the Eye's remaining timer is 1 second or less.
    • This timing window is indicated by an eye closing animation.
• When an Eye fully closes due to its duration expiring, gain a 'blindness' debuff for double the eye's duration.
    • The Eye cannot be reopened until the blindness debuff wears off.
