• 'Finesse' allows certain attacks made with 'Swift' keyword weapons to scale with your DEX.
• You cannot gain Finesse if your STR is higher than your DEX.
• By default, Finesse only applies to auto attacks, Hiding Counters, and skills that specify Finessable. Below is a list of standard finessable T1/T2 Skill Scrolls:
