• Deals fixed damage per tick equal to (STR+Base Level)\*5.
• On infliction, instantly deals hemorrhage damage equal to tick damage + 5% max HP.
• Hemorrhage's damage increases by +10% per Bleed stack on the target at infliction time.
• Reduces target's incoming healing from skills & items by 50%.
• HP regeneration is disabled.
