• Heal Power increases healing output with skills.
• Restoration increases incoming healing when healed by a skill.
    • It is like Heal Power on the receiver.
• Both Heal Power & Restoration only work with skills. They do not work with item based Healing, HP/SP regeneration, or other non-skill effects.
